Education Qualification
Human Resources | Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Human Resources /Industrial Relations from recognized or Minimum 4 years of experience in HR functions in financial/corporate sector |
Administration | Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution. or Minimum 4 years of experience in financial/corporate sector; out of which 2 years in administration department/ function |
InformationTechnology & Operations | Postgraduate degree / MCA / MTech / M. E. / in Computer Science, AI & ML, Software Engg., IT, Cyber Security from a recognized University / Institution or Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management / Application Maintenance / Business Support & Development / data governance / cloud infrastructure |

Age Limit
The candidate’s minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 40 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1984 and not later than 01.01.2003 (both days inclusive).
The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category.
