Coal India Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification –
Sr Medical Specialist –
- For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -the minimum qualification is MBBS from a recognized Institute/ College approved by the Medical Council of India with a recognized Post Graduate Degree/DNB with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
- For other Specialists, in addition to the above, Post Graduate Diploma is also considered as one of the minimum eligible qualifications.
Medical Specialist –
- Candidates must complete an MBBS from a recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India.
- The Experience of private practice/ Self-clinic may also be considered as post-qualification experience.
Sr. Medical Officer (Dental) –
- BDS from a recognized Institute/College approved by the Dental Council of India with 1-year post-qualification experience from a Hospital/Clinic.
- The Experience of private practice/ self-clinic may also be considered as post-qualification experience.
Age Limit –
- Sr.Medical Specialist (E4 Grade) is 42 years for General/UR.
- Sr.Medical Officer/Sr Medical Officer (Dental) /Medical Specialist in E3 Grade is 35 years for General/UR. and Age relaxation will be there.
Coal India Recruitment 2024 Salary
- Sr Medical Specialist E-4 – Rs.70,000- 2,00,000
- Medical Specialist E-3 – Rs.60,000-1,80,000
- Sr Medical Officer E-3 – Rs.60,000-1,80,000
- Sr Medical Officer (Dental) E-3 – Rs.60,000-1,80,000
Selection Process
- The mode of selection will be based on several attempts in qualifying, experience personal interview as laid down in the “Policy for Decentralized Recruitment of Candidates CIL/Subsidiary level” and amendment & clarification thereof as available on the CIL website.
- All Candidates have to submit Attempt Certificate/s issued by the University/College along with the advance application without fail, failing which their candidature will not be considered.
- In case of a tie in marks of the Candidate, the methodology applied will be according to the “Policy for Decentralized Recruitment of Candidates at CIL/Subsidiary level” as available on the CIL website.
- A committee will shortlist candidates for interview in the ratio of 1:10 if the application received is more than 10 in ratio. However, the above shortlisting will not apply to Medical Specialists and Sr Medical Specialists.
