Education Qualification
Deputy Secretary/ Under Secretary – Candidate should have good managerial and interpersonal skills.
(ii) Must have effective communication skills with other Ministries/ Organizations.
Age Limit
Candidates’ upper age limit should be 65 years according to their posts. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category.
