DHFWS Purulia Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification–

District Manager Quality Assurance– MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with a master’s in Hospital administration/Health Management (MHA full-time or equivalent) with 02 years of experience in Public Health/Hospital administration. Training and experience in implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
Preferable: Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added.

District Consultant (Quality Monitoring)– Candidates should possess a Degree in Statistics with a good academic record from a reputed University. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage, previous work experience in Health/Hospital would be preferred.

Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring (FLQM) Raghunathpur SSH– Candidates should possess an MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science Graduate with a Master’s in Hospital Administration / Health Management with one year of experience in Healthcare Quality /formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, and knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential.

Age Limit–

The candidate’s age should not be more than 40 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category.

District Manager Quality Assurance- Rs. 40,000/-

District Consultant (Quality Monitoring)-Rs. 35,000/-

Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring (FLQM) Raghunathpur SSH-Rs. 35,000/-

Selection Process

• Candidates will be called for a Written Test, Computer Test, and Interview based on scores of essential and desirable criteria. (Wherever applicable.
